Baking for Cambodia

madioBaking is a joy for me. Baking for Cambodia and the chance to send my daughter Madison on her first mission trip is even more so.

We are a Gospel believing family. As parents our hearts are to see our children fall in love with their savior Jesus Christ, and then, as His spirit provides, have them share their faith in a way that honors Him and is unique to them. No pushing, no prodding. Just loving reminders from us along the way to share the great joy they’ve been given and to make their faith fulfilled.

That’s why it’s a great joy to hear that our daughter Madison has decided to join 4 other women on her first mission trip – to Cambodia.

FIRST, Madison will be part of a team that will stay and work with WHITE LOTUS. An organization dedicated to working with women rescued from the human trafficking industry – well beyond the reaches of the industry.

smileSome of you may have seen (if you follow our family on Facebook) Madison’s has a gift given to her by God – an incredible talent at artwork – specifically pencil drawings. Madison will use this gift while listening to the hearts of these women, and through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, draw their portrait and share with them their immense value in Christ.

SECOND, Madison will spend the second half of her mission trip with RELEVANT EXPEDITIONS working in an orphanage especially with pre-school children and their feeding programs.

This trip is $3,000 per person.

Without any asking at all, she’s already at $900 (30%) as of March 15th.

March 27th she has a deadline of purchasing her airline ticket (non-refundable) for $1,800.

There Are Two Ways You Can Help Her:

  1. For Every Baked Item You Purchase I will donate $1 to Madison’s Mission Trip –  From now until she reaches her goal, you can help Madison achieve her goal of $3,000 by baking my delicious baked goods. ORDER FORM HERE
  2. Send Her a Check Directly – In care Of Kurt and Heidi Ramspott. Email us for details @ heidi@breakbreadwithme.com

As her parents we could not be more excited to see her go and grow!

Blessings to you!

Heidi
